For AiMemo help (App Store listing: AiMemo: AI Notes & Voice, formerly OnlyIdeas), email support@lazying.art. This mailbox is monitored for support, account/data deletion requests and unsafe AI reports. Include your platform, app version and the problem. Do not include passwords, login tokens or other people's private memos.
Delete your account and data
In AiMemo, open Settings, choose Delete my account, and confirm. This removes your active account, memos, conversations and application recordings. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, or want separately retained agent history, speech jobs and backups removed, email an account and data deletion request from the email associated with your AiMemo account. Identify the app as AiMemo (formerly OnlyIdeas). Ownership verification may be needed; no purchase is required. This page is available without logging in.
Account deletion queues removal of retained agent and speech-processing copies. Database backups expire on daily rotation within 31 days; deletion records prevent restored accounts from reappearing. Contact us if cleanup is still incomplete after seven days. Offline device copies may persist until you reconnect or remove app data. Read the privacy and retention policy before using the service.
AI safety and mistakes
Use Report AI response next to an assistant reply in Chat, or email support with the issue. AI can be wrong; verify saved dates and information. This is a memo organizer, not emergency, medical, legal or financial advice. Agenda dates are stored entries, not scheduled push notifications.
Subscription cancellation and deleted accounts
Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play where you purchased first. A deleted account's old purchases cannot automatically transfer to a new login. A restricted pseudonymous security registry prevents reassignment; it contains no profile or memo content. Contact support for verified ownership help, and do not purchase again to fix a restore error.
