- The App Store download is a separate one-time purchase (US price: $0.99; local prices vary). It does not include a subscription. The web workspace remains available without a download charge.
- Optional subscriptions are offered only in versions with a working purchase screen. That screen and the store confirmation show the actual local price, duration and renewal terms before purchase. Deleting your AiMemo account does not cancel a store subscription; manage or cancel it with the store first.
- Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests. A cancelled paid subscription keeps access until its verified expiration date; refunds or revoked purchases can end access earlier.
- Google Play subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in Google Play; Google handles payment and refund requests. A cancelled subscription keeps access until its verified expiration date, unless a refund or revocation ends it earlier. The Google Play confirmation shows your local price and billing interval.
- Where monthly AI allowances are enabled, they reset each calendar month at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. A completed assistant reply uses one request; failed assistant turns are released. Annual billing changes the payment interval, not the monthly allowance. Manual memos, export and account deletion remain available without a subscription. Store purchase verification needs an internet connection.
